Did a 4 day P1 course with Temple Pilots & absolutely enjoyed myself. What a thrilling experience!!! The vibe of Temple, the instructors, the other pilots, Avi & Anita (the founders) was surreal – everyone is warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely nice to be around.
The home cooked food was super tasty & shared together every day as a team, an experience which took me way back. Loved my stay here & loved learning to fly solo for the first time.

I did a SIV course a couple of weeks ago with Temple Pilots in Bilaspur.
It’s been a great experience.
I learnt a lot thanks to the experienced guidance of the team and talking to other experienced pilots taking part to the course.
The team has been very helpful in every aspect including reserve re packs, prompt and efficient rescue boat and fun to hang out with.
We had in depth briefings and de brief at the end of the day.
A big part of the experience, for me coming from out of India, was living with the locals.
Very kind and friendly families hosted us and cooked for us delicious, home made healthy food.
It’s been a retreat in some ways too.
Staying at the village on top of the hill was very relaxing and immersed in the surrounding nature.
I highly recommend Temple Pilots to anyone, from beginner level to more experienced pilots.

Learning to fly at Temple Pilots has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The instructors are deeply knowledgeable and genuinely care about each student’s progress. Templepilots actually gives you wings. I signed up for the APPI Basic (P1+P2 course) and it was a great ride. Right from basics, ground work (practical) to theory classes, they do ensure that you learn the basics well to ensure safety first. The food here can actually make you FAT, so beware. Great place to learn where the instructors provide ample knowledge through pratice sessions, real-time video feedback (where they take your video and discuss mistakes), capsule sessions (theory), and Avi (founder) focusses on how you feel. The team is committed to make you fly solo and independent flights. They also have simulator sessions. Templepilots have their flying community which keeps on growing. No wonder people come here again to learn more. They also have international flying sessions once you complete basic trainings. Come here, fly, and enjoy the vibe of the place. Temple Pilots is definitely the most professional and friendly paragliding school in India, they offer APPI international recognised P1 to P3 trainings, as well as more advanced courses. I joined the 20 days P3 training and felt very fulfilled during and after the course, every instructors are very patient and knowledgable, they don’t mind to repeat things many times when we don’t understand something. They also take care of every student’s mental state to make sure we have the right attitude to fly.

Amazing experience, really fun and dynamic people and team.
The base camp is full of positive energy with everyone encouraging everyone helping each other out, sharing experiences. It feels like home. Kaka’s food is very delicious, and it tastes even better after a long flying session.
Trainers are fully professional certified pilots with APPI training licence. You can rely on them without a hitch. Also they are very polite and patient and will help you a again and again.

Have been flying with Temple pilots for the last five years, and the experience has been amazing. They have helped me grow not only in the sport of paragliding but also personally. Meeting new pilots coming from various parts of India and abroad and interacting with them, and then flying alongside them. Each pilot has his own way of looking at flying and also life. That itself has taught me more than education from schools and colleges. The comradery among the pilots is amazing and fills you with joy.
